A couple of the fourth grade kids.
The Penny Tee Employees are fourth grade children who appear only in iSell Penny-Tees. They were all making Penny Tees down in the basement and didn't enjoy it because they were treated unfairly by Sam. However, when the fourth graders with last names starting from N to Z got to go with Freddie and Carly, they became lazy and barely made any Penny Tees. Then both the groups quit their jobs. Very few of these employees have speaking roles. But the main ones, a 4th Grade Girl and a 4th Grade Boy have speaking roles, as they talk to Sam, Freddie, and Carly about how they feel about their jobs.
Later at the Groovy Smoothie, they make their own Penny Tee business and make Carly, Sam, and Freddie mad. They even got two boys who think up the quotes for Penny Tees. If they really started selling the Penny Tees, it's likely that they were sued by Penny and her lawyers because they were the ones who came up with the idea first, and their age doesn't prevent it.
