Philip Brownley
is a student at Briarwood Prep School (also referred to as to Briarwood Academy), who appeared in iMight Switch Schools. He is played by American actor and Youtuber Shayne Topp.
At the time of the episode, he was a junior at Briarwood and President of their Student Council. He came to Ridgeway to present Carly with an invitation for an interview with Briarwood's Headmaster, Mrs. Peeloff.
Because of Carly's fame, Briarwood was prepared to offer her admission with a full tuition scholarship. Philip said that they were going to offer Sam the same, until they checked her grades.
