Mindy Sterling (born July 11, 1953) plays Ms. Francine Briggs on iCarly.
A member of the comedy troupe The Groundlings, Sterling has been acting in film and TV since the 1970s and is best known for playing villainess Frau Farbissina in the Austin Powers movies.
She played Principal Skidmore on A.N.T. Farm, and Lin Beifong on The Legend of Korra.
