Judge Phillipe is one of the food critics who judged and analyzed the Spaghetti Tacos served by Carly Shay, Sam Puckett and Freddie Benson versus the food of the famous chef on Food TV, Ricky Flame, during the Food Fight.
Phillipe cast his vote to the iCarly team because he felt iCarly's Spaghetti Tacos have an excellent taste, original presentation more than Ricky's, who did his taco shells very soggy.
He is portrayed by William Salyers, who is best known as Rigby the raccoon in the Cartoon Network show Regular Show.
