— Official Paramount+ Synopsis
Plot[]
The episode opens with Carly, Marissa, Harper, Millicent and Danica having drinks and Marissa asks Danica what they are doing for her bachelorette party. Danica says she had planned a trap kind of party because "marriage is a trap" and says Carly has come up with a new idea - a Toledo House Flip experience in Ohio. Unamused, Marissa comments on Carly's posture and that she likes to take over, which she calls "classic Carly".
Freddie walks into the apartment ready to say bye and Carly pulls him aside to ask him what his mom means by "classic Carly". Freddie explains it is that Marissa thinks Carly is impulsive, unreliable, disrespectful to elders, and prone to hijacking a weekend. Worried, Carly wants to impress Marissa and Freddie tells Carly his mom will love it, kissing her bye. Freddie says bye to everyone, especially Carly by hugging her, but ignores his mom who is not impressed.
In Ohio, the women arrive at a rundown house where they quickly learn it isn't a party like they hoped as Millicent describes it as a murder house. A woman comes in scaring everyone and introduces herself as Emily Haines. Confused, Carly tells Emily that the brochure didn't mention anything about the place looking so meth-y. Emily gets Carly to sign a waver that secretly says they will actually be fixing up the entire house for free as manual labour.
Annoyed by their situation, the women play Truth or Hammer where they have to answer questions or hit a wall. Harper is asked by Danica how many men she has kissed who are already in relationships. Harper, saying she doesn't want to name all 300, smashes the wall. Harper asks Carly what is the most romantic place she has ever been with Freddie and says he has booked them a 2 day cruise in Jamaica on Mother's Day weekend. Angry, Marissa says she is Freddie's mother first before he became Millicent's father or Carly's boyfriend, so traps herself in the wall to be alone.
Carly is determined to get Marissa out of the wall and Emily says she can't sell it now that there is a woman in there, revealing she is also the retailor of the house and reveals they can't leave until the house is flipped, which could take months. Millicent texts Freddie to come and help, who brings Lewbert, Spencer and Paul, interrupting their bachelor weekend.
The men arrive and Carly tells Freddie that Marissa hates her still and the weekend, as well as being trapped in the wall. Freddie tries to to go and get his mom until he falls as he can't walk from Lewbert's drink. Carly decides to go into the wall to get Marissa despite her claustrophobia. Carly finds Marissa and they discuss her dislike for her. Marissa tells Carly she doesn't hate her, but hates change especially when it comes to Freddie and that they were such a team before he started dating Carly. Carly tells Marissa that she is always going to be team Benson and respect their work as a team, saying she will always be their biggest cheerleader. Carly also says she hopes to one day be a Benson too, wanting to marry Freddie, but asks Marissa to keep that between them.
Carly and Marissa get out of the wall, with Marissa respecting Carly a bit more and that she faced her biggest fear to rescue her. Lewbert confronts Emily about the contract and threatens to charge her with kidnapping and fraud. Emily runs out and the house as everyone cheers. Carly and Freddie kiss and he asks for her, Marissa and Millicent to join him in a hug, which Millicent refuses. Everyone stars dancing until the men all fall due to pain from their feet. The episode ends with Paul filming Lewbert showing his homemade drink live, which Marissa enjoys watching,
Subplot[]
Meanwhile, back in Seattle, Freddie is approached by Lewbert to throw him a bachelor party that Marissa told him Freddie was throwing. Freddie reluctantly agrees and asks Spencer to invite people, including their friend and Carly's manager Paul Denham. Paul agrees to come down from the studio after he is finished filming his show.
The men throw Lewbert his bachelor party in Spencer's apartment and he introduces his homemade drink, which he calls Lewb Juice, which makes people tell the truth whenever they drink it as well as being a foot exfoliant. Freddie gets a text from Millicent to ask for him to rescue all the women who are trapped in Ohio. However, as the men start to get up, it is too painful for them to walk, but they eventually make it to Ohio.
