Harper and Millicent

Harper and Millicent are main characters of iCarly (2021). They are friends and neighbours, who live in Bushwell Plaza.

Relationship[]

Harper and Millicent are friends and nieghbors. They become a lot closer as the show progresses.

Timeline[]

The length of their friendship is unknown but it appears they have known each other for a while due to their relationships with Carly and Freddie. The two are friends although Millicent likes to tease Harper for being friends with Carly at several times. The first time the two really spend time together is in the episode iObject, Lewbert!, when Harper offers to watch Millicent whilst Carly and Freddie are being sued by Lewbert Sline. They both become obsessed with Possum Secret Handshake a year later in iGo Public and spend a lot of time together.

Millicent likes how grown up Harper is and wants to spend time with her.

Harper puts her arm around Millicent.

iThrow a Flawless Murder Mystery Party[]

At the start of the start of the murder mystery party, when Harper is reading out her character's background, she is about to read that her character sleeps around to get to the top of her career until Millicent looks. Harper changes the word to nap so that Millicent doesn't know what sleeping actually means, showing Haper cares about Millicent and wants to be careful around her.

Season 3[]

Harper tells Millicent the celebration isn't about her and then gets on her right hand side to get "her good side" on the photos.
Millicent asks Harper if she thinks Lewbert and Marissa will get her a diamond.

iMake New Memories[]

Millicent comes to Harper for a fashion emergency about Marissa's wedding dress.
They both hate the dress.
They spend a lot of time together along with Marissa.
They sit next to each other at the end of the episode, in the iCarly studio.

iGo Public[]

Harper says she has never actually liked Millicent's name and she seems offended.
They both become obsessed with a new arcade game.
Harper hugs Millicent after she "saves" her when she pushes her out the way.
Harper gets hold of and protects Millicent when the game threatens them both.
They hide behind the counter together until Spencer arrives.

iGo to Toledo[]

They go to Toledo together with Carly, Marissa and Danica for Marissa's bacholette party.
They both look at Marissa in confusion when she asks why she isn't invited to Carly and Freddie's romantic cruise to Jamaica.
Millicent cheers Harper on as she smashes the wall with the hammer.
They stand next to each other.

iCause A Cat-Astrophe[]

Millicent finishes Harper's sentence by asking if it was fabulous and she responds with "exactly".
They both help Carly (along with Freddie and Spencer steal back Tinsley's earrings.

Harper agrees to listen to Millicent's speech.
Harper tells Millicent what she was like back when she was rich.
Harper calls Millicent honey.
They stand next to each other when Carly says she will fix the wedding venue.
Millicent looks at Harper when she says "We didn't mean the way that sounded" to Carly.

Trivia[]

Harper states in iGo Public that she's never actually liked Millicent's name.
The first time they really spend time together is in the season 2 episode iObject, Lewbert! then in the season 3 episode iGo Public.
They live right next to each other.
