Galini's
Galini's Pie Shop is a pie shop that Mr. Galini owned until his death. In the iCarly episode iPie, Mr Galini was sick in the hospital and his workers were going to close the shop down because they didn't know where his pie recipes were. At Mr Galini's memorial serivce, Sam and Freddie found his pie recipes hidden literally, in his computer, which saved the shop. It is now owned by his niece, Trudy, and one of Galini's workers and friends, Mario.
