Fugtor is a bus driver in Seattle from Uzbekistan. He is the bus driver of Gibby Gibson and other Ridgeway High School students. His brother speaks English and Uzbek, as revealed by Gibby. Fugtor only appeared in iSell Penny-Tees, where he came to the Shay apartment and bonded with Spencer's current girlfriend, Krustacia. He then left with Krustacia, leaving Spencer alone.
He is portrayed by Jason Karasev.[1]
