Freddie and Harper are main characters of iCarly (2021). They are neighbours and friends who live in Bushwell Plaza.

Friendship[]

Freddie and Harper are friends and neighbours. They know each other through Carly Shay and get much closer as friends as the show progresses. They care about each other's goals in life as shown in iMLM and each others safety as seen in iGo to Toledo. Harper often likes to tease Freddie as shown in iNeed Space and he doesn't mind, and he seems to find her funny as shown in iLove Your Shoes.
