Harper was a friend of Carly, Sam, and Freddie. He made his only appearance in the episode, iCarly Saves TV. He worked under contract for TVS, a TV Network. On the show, he played the keyboard in the iCarly band, but the TV producer decided to get rid of the band, so he played Zeebo the dinosaur instead. He eventually decided to quit. At the end of the episode, however, he played guitar and sang a song called "Dream" live on iCarly.
He was played by Leon Thomas III.
Harper as Zeebo
He resembles and has a very similar personality to the character André Harris in Dan Schneider's show Victorious, also played by Leon Thomas and loosely set in the same continuity as iCarly. Similar to André, Harper is a skilled musician who gives friendly advice. Fans have theorized that the two could be the same character. This has been brought up on TheSlap.com (Victorious' equivalent of iCarly.com), where Andre claims that he wore a Zeebo costume when he was younger. However, André appears seen in the iCarly-Victorious crossover, iParty with Victorious, where Carly, Sam, and Freddie do not recognize or acknowledge him as the same person.
