Fig Nooters are a fig-based snack that are a parody of Fig Newtons.[1] The first appearance of Fig Nooters was in the episode iFind Lewbert's Lost Love, where Spencer and Chuck meet a man who is obsessed with them.
History[]
While on building patrol in Bushwell Plaza, Spencer Shay and Chuck Chambers meet a man who is obsessed with Fig Nooters. His wife does not allow him to eat Fig Nooters, so four nights a week, he fills a gym bag with Fig Nooters and tells his wife that he is going to the gym when he is actually going down to the parking garage to eat as many Fig Nooters as he can. Before he leaves, Spencer and Chuck make him give them some Fig Nooters.[2]
Fig nooters later appeared in the episode iLove You, when the mother of one of the Training Bros members asks them if they want milk and fig nooters. Freddie did not like these nooters and described them as stale. They were crunchy on the outside and made a noise.[3]
