Derek Fox-Lubiner is a minor character on iCarly (2021). He appeared in the episode iHit Something as Millicent's boyfriend, until she broke up with him in iGo Public.

Derek and Millicent, who had a crush on him, were partners for a school project. In iThrow a Flawless Murder Mystery Party, it was revealed that Derek and Millicent were dating, but they broke up off-screen in IGo Public,

Millicent and Derek met prior to iHit Something and were classmates and soon developed crushes on each other. They worked together on a project for school, but Millicent did most of the work, making Freddie think Derek was using her. Millicent soon confronted Derek, who told her that he was talking about his dog Athena. Derek asked Millicent out and they became a couple. They were still a couple in the following episode and Millicent was constantly texting Derek, irritating Mrs Benson as Millicent wasn't concentrating when helping Mrs Benson with Freddie's birthday cake. They broke up off-screen in IGo Public.

- Freddie Benson: Upon realising Millicent was working with Derek for a project, Freddie wasn't too impressed with that Millicent believed Derek would make Millicent do all the work, so Freddie offered to get a new partner for Millicent, which she declined. When Freddie properly met Derek, he realised his daughter was crushing on Derek and has happy for her until Freddie misheard Derek speaking to his mother, thinking Derek was using Millicent and making her do all the work herself. Upon learning the truth, Freddie allowed Millicent to date Derek and fainted when Derek asked Millicent out.
- Spencer Shay: Like Freddie, Spencer was suspicious of Derek's behaviour with Millicent and when Spencer thought Derek was using Millicent for their project, and wasn't happy as Spencer "invited Derek as part of the family". However, Spencer was happy when Derek told Millicent the truth and started dating Millicent.
- Harper Bettencourt: Although they did not actually interact, Harper was the first to learn about Millicent and Derek's break up in iGo Public.
