Chip Chambers (portrayed by Jacob Bertrand) is a minor antagonist. He is the 9 year old youngest brother of Chuck Chambers, Gia Chambers and the son of Earl Chambers. He is seen in the season 5 episode, iBattle Chip.
Chip is an even bigger terror than his brother, Chuck. He hates Spencer for getting Chuck sent to military school and later tries to ruin the web show by making loud music from above the gang. In the end, he gets glued to the elevator doors when Gibby's phaser explodes.
Spencer puts shaving cream on his butt before leaving, which causes him to say "Hey! Who's tickling my butt?!"
It's unknown if he ever gets grounded by his dad like his brother.
