Chief Donker is the chief of the Seattle Fire Department. He first appeared in iGot a Hot Room, where he seemed quite familiar with Spencer and annoyed by the many calls they get from the Shays. He mentions the fire in iWanna Stay with Spencer.
His second (and last) appearance was in iPear Store, where he told Spencer that the Fire Department wouldn't react to any more calls from Spencer after having extinguished 18 fires for him.
