Bikini Dog Food Fight is an iCarly sketch created by Sam in the episode iTake on Dingo, where two guys wear bikinis and throw dog food at each other (and from the looks of it, they use either canned dog food or dry dog food soaked in water, or possibly a mixture of the two).
At the start of the episode, Sam pitches the idea to Freddie, initially wanting Gibby and "some other loser" to do it, but Gibby refuses and walks away. After Gibby refuses, Sam tries getting Freddie to do it -- but realizing what Sam has in mind, Freddie refuses before she could finish what she was saying (or force him into the bikini that she happened to have on her). Gibby later comes back wanting no fighting or dog food, but he is open to the idea of wearing the bikini top.
After Carly, Sam, and Freddie blackmail the Totally Teri Writers to stop stealing ideas from their web show, Spencer's about to give the frozen head of Charles Dingo back to them. But Sam stops him, feeling that doing so would be letting them off way too easily. Sam apparently convinces the others to force the Totally Teri-writers to do the Bikini Dog Food Fight as additional punishment to really humiliate them.
At the end of the episode, we see everybody back at the iCarly-studio, but now two of the Totally Teri-writers have been forced into bikinis and are also forced into throwing dog food for the new web show sketch.
